เครื่องดัดโค้งอลูมิเนียมโปรไฟล์ระบบ CNC กำหนดองศาได้แม่นยำ ให้กับทุกโค้งของงานผลิตคุณ

สิ่งที่คุณควรทราบ ในการเลือกซื้อเครื่องดัดโค้งและการให้บริการดัดโค้งอลูมิเนียมโปรไฟล์ เบื้องต้นได้แก่

1. อลูมิเนียมโปรไฟล์ที่มีลักษณะเป็นไส้กลวงหรือ Hollow Core จำเป็นจะต้องมีไส้ในหรือ mandrel สอดเข้าไปข้างใน Profile ระหว่างดัดโค้ง เพื่อป้องกันการยุบตัว และรักษารูปทรงของโปรไฟล์ในส่วนของรัศมีวงใน ไม่ให้บุบยุบเข้าไปในโปรไฟล์ นั่นหมายความว่า คุณจะต้องมีการเตรียมตัว อย่างดีพร้อมก่อนที่จะดัดเพื่อไม่ให้วัสดุเสียหาย

2. บ่อยครั้งที่โปรไฟล์แต่ละประเภท ไม่สามารถใช้แม่พิมพ์หรือ mould ชนิดเดียวกันในการดัดโค้ง ทำให้คุณต้องเตรียมตัวและงบประมาณในการกัดกลึงแม่พิมพ์ทั้ง 3 ชิ้น ด้วยวัสดุชนิดพิเศษ ซึ่งโดยมากจะนิยมใช้ ซุปเปอร์ลีนในการทำแม่พิมพ์

3. การขึ้นรูปดัดโค้ง ชิ้นงานแต่ละชิ้น ต้องอาศัยความใจเย็น ค่อยเป็นค่อยไปและมีการคำนวณค่าความยืดเบื้องต้นไว้สำหรับอลูมิเนียมโปรไฟล์แต่ละความหนา เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้ การดัดโค้งสิ้นเปลืองชิ้นส่วนและเสียเวลาในการทำงาน ผู้ดัดโค้งไม่ควรรีบเร่งเพื่อที่จะขึ้นรูป ให้ได้งานทันทีภายในการผ่านเพียงไม่กี่ครั้ง
